Please contact us before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.
At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


Return Conditions

We basically do not accept returning of the piece, only if it has a defect.
If you would like to discuss about the other case, please contact in 5 days after its arrival.
With the conditions in below, we can not accept the return in any case.

1) The piece which is opened or return.
2) The piece which is damaged at customers
3) The piece without all packages it had when it had sent
4) The piece made to order or custom made
6) When it is written on product page that it is not returnable, when you purchase the piece.


Returning A Package

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges.
We are not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


REFUNDs

Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. It is only the product price which we refund and when you had a free shipping, the shipping cost will be taken away from the product price. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


Transport Damage

If the piece is lost or damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. The customer should take a responsibility to keep everything which was in the package, box, wrapping materials, damaged piece, so that we can report it to shipping company for insurance. 


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that is unclaimed and send back to our studio, we reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and flight companies’ administrative costs. Please double check your address, and avoid to use the special characters if you can write it in Alphabet.
